China's First Horizontal Diesel Disc Mining Saw

In 2002, members of the founding team at Dafeng were involved in the design and development of China’s first horizontal diesel disc mining saw.
This groundbreaking product addressed the shortcomings of traditional blasting methods, which are highly destructive, dangerous, and result in low yield. By significantly improving the yield of stone materials, this innovation laid the foundation for large-scale mining operations and marked a pivotal shift from rough extraction techniques to more refined and efficient practices in stone quarrying.

First Automated KerbStone Production Line

In 2018, the global mining industry faced widespread shutdowns, causing a labor shortage in the stone sector. Simultaneously, urbanization spiked demand for Kerbstones. At that time, Kerbstone production was hampered by outdated, inefficient equipment.

To address these issues, Dafon developed China’s first high-performance automated Kerbstone production line. After extensive design and testing, this innovation has set a new standard in the industry.
